R.T. Rybak: A Great Leader for a Great City Volunteer Contribute

Thursday, January 20, 2005

Welcome to R.T.'s Blog!

Thanks for coming by, I'm really excited to dialogue with you about the future of our great City of Minneapolis and my campaign for a second term!

This blog is a powerful way for my supporters to organize, share ideas and news, and stay in touch with my day-to-day campaign activities. Often, I will post myself, but you will also be hearing from my staff and other supporters like yourself.

Let's win the DFL convention this spring and the general election this fall. We can get so much done together with another four years.

Your Mayor,

R.T. Rybak

I know there are bumps in every road and your journey this election year will have some challenges that none of us can foresee. You have shown yourself to be a good listener, a risk-taker, and one who works well with others. I expect that your team will continue to take direction from your thoughtful and innovative use of the mayor's office and that the electorate in Minneapolis will give you their seal of approval for another four-year term. Best wishes.

    Mr. Mayor,

You need to get the left side of you blog working. When you click, you get error messages.

    Happy blogging.

Hey, Mr. mayor, why do so many of these posts get removed?

    R.T.,

We enjoyed having you over to our office last summer for an honest dialog on a variety of issues - including housing, policing, crime and transit.

For those that are interested in some of the articles involving the issues facing our city from the mayoral perspective, they can now be found here:

    http://pulsetc.blogspot.com/

Also, It would be appreciated if your team could add Pulse under your "Links" section (and you can always submit your site to our "Linkage" section via PulseTC.com)

Thanks for making the time to speak with the alternative, independent press. We're sure to publish more critical/objective/bias/subjective/etc. articles in the future as the mayoral race heats up. Good luck!

The blog is a great idea! It's important to reach as many voters as possible. I have one minor quibble: "dialogue" is not a verb.
